Key Responsibilities

• Coding development: Create clear and efficient code using both back-end and front-end languages, built on specifications for the project. Use detailed specifications to develop high-quality software solutions that can be used by both internal and external clients.
• Application Design and Logic: Review existing applications or develop the logic needed to develop new systems. This includes the use of flowcharting, programming and debugging, to ensure the highest effectiveness and efficiency.
• Tests and validation: Validation and testing for the simplest modifications to the code, as well as addressing any issues to ensure the security and integrity of the program. Assist in the creation of documentation to assist in the process of development.
• Conformity as well as Standards: Make use of knowledge of industry standards, such as Payment Card Industry (PCI) security conformity, to ensure security and reliability for software products.
• Collaboration: Collaboration with your team members to establish stable connections and help achieve success under precise guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with the major being Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or an area related to it.
• Basic understanding of one of the most popular programming languages, such as Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, or others.
• Experience in using APIs, external services and databases (relational or NoSQL, such as Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server and Hadoop).
• There is no formal background required, which makes this an excellent opportunity for newly graduated professionals who are in the early stages of their careers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing or programming data, which includes work experience or studies.
• Experience with a variety of programming technologies or languages, showing the ability to adapt and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of software development methods and the most effective methods.

Desired Skills and Capabilities

• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with operating systems like Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL, Amazon Linux), Microsoft Windows, Z/OS, and Tandem/HP-Nonstop.
  • Understanding of design designs and databases, such as Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML) for databases like Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, IMS, DB2 or Hadoop.
  • Experience in Back-end technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, Mainframe COBOL and Mainframe Assembler.
  • Expertise with front-end technology like HTML, JavaScript, jQuery or CICS.
  • A working knowledge of web frameworks, such as Node.js, React.js, Angular or Redux.
  • Experimenting with development tools like Eclipse, Visual Studio, Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
  • A basic understanding of the mobile application running on iOS as well as Android platforms.
  • An intense desire to learn about machine learning technologies, such as Python, R, Matlab, TensorFlow, or DMTK.
