Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large sets of data to find patterns or trends, as well as other information that can aid in achieving the strategic goals.
• Develop and control SQL queries that delete and alter data from relational databases.
• Create dashboards and other visualisations with tools like Tableau, as well as Power BI or similar platforms, to efficiently share your results.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide recommendations based on data.
• Utilize statistical methods and hypothesis tests to verify insights and ensure accuracy.
• facilitate the development and implementation of ETL pipelines that facilitate fast processing of data.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in the field, as well as on the latest technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Eligibility & Qualifications

To be successful in this job, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Qualifications: graduates in 2024 or 2025 from B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Tech, MBA Analytics or similar programs.
• Field of Study: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Economics or other fields of study that are closely related to them.
• Core Skills:
  • Experience in SQL to manage and query databases.
  • A deeper knowledge of Excel to manipulate data and write reports.
  • Experience in Python and R to analyse the data as well as write scripts.
  • A thorough understanding of statistics within the fields of probability and statistics as well as the concept of hypothesis testing.
  • Great analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid grasp of English to communicate details clearly.

Preferred Skills

Although they are not mandatory, these skills can help applicants make themselves stand out

• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift through studies in academia or internships.
• An understanding of ETL concepts and tools for data modelling, like dbt and Airflow.
• Experimentation with machine-learning concepts or analytics tools for products such as Amplitude and Mixpanel.
• Experience as a project manager, or intern in the field of data analytics, business intelligence or related areas.
