Key Responsibilities
As Graduate Trainees within Financial Shared Services, candidates will:
- Help support financial processes, including accounts receivable, payables and general ledger operations.
- Assist with the analysis of data, financial reporting and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and conformity.
- Work with teams across functional lines to optimize financial operations and boost the efficiency of processes.
- Participate in training courses to learn about financial tools, as well as systems and best practices.
- Contribute to the delivery of client requirements by ensuring high standards of excellence and keeping deadlines.
- Continuously learn to stay up-to-date with technology and financial regulations.
This job offers hands-on experience in financial operations in real-world situations, providing a solid base for a successful career in finance at a tech-driven business.
Eligibility and Skills Required
To be eligible for the position of Graduate Trainee, Candidates need to satisfy the following conditions:
- Have a degree in B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BBA Finance, or BBA from an accredited institution.
- Are part of the 2024 or 2025 graduating batch.
- Keep a minimum of 60 marks in the 10th, 12th and graduation.
- Consider moving or relocating to Lucknow as well as Nagpur.
