Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Undergraduate: Any Graduate degree.
    • Postgraduate: The degree has a postgraduate component (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience using VoIP, SIP, PBX, Avaya, Avaya PBX Voice gateways, Media gateways, as well as IP phones.
    • Experience in using recordings recorded through the NICEVerint or voice recording systems can be an advantage.
    • Understanding of the digital market ideas and the capacity to effectively communicate the technical details.
    • A brief exposure to Lectora or similar online learning tools is beneficial. Lectora and similar web-based tools for learning are helpful.
    • Basic understanding of technical support processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • A clear concentration on the user with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in the context of a dynamic and driven environment, driven by teamwork.
    • Self-confidence and leadership engage with all stakeholders at all levels.
    • Innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to adjust to changing demands in projects.
