Infosys Hiring Drive: Infosys BPM Limited is seeking applications for the position of Process Director located in Bangalore for graduates who have less than a year of work experience. About the Role
Process Executives play an integral part in ensuring smooth customer interactions, process compliance, and exceptional customer service delivery. The job demands flexibility to work shifts throughout the day and requires communication skills and teamwork skills to meet customer expectations and keep track of service quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support international customers via voice-based procedures.
- Effectively communicate with clients, offering prompt and friendly service.
- Follow the defined guidelines for the process and adhere to quality standards.
- Show the ability to learn quickly and be able to adapt to new challenges in the process and tools.
- Participate actively in process improvement and team collaboration actions.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Technology (Integrated) graduates.
- Preferential streams: Commerce, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
- Recently, students were issued (2023/2024/2025) with education-related mandatory documents.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication abilities, Excellent communication skills, English as well as Hindi (spoken or written).
- The orientation of client service and the ability to handle escalated situations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with the documentation of data.
- The flexibility to operate in shifts that rotate and effectively manage pressure.
- Teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information
- Training: Two months of compulsory training at Mysore (as appropriate).
- Schedule: 24-hour shift flexibility is needed.
