This job as a Software Engineer in Hyderabad seeks enthusiastic candidates who have less than 0-3 years of working experience, and who are eager to join projects that actually work. Candidates will work on cutting-edge Java applications, working alongside experienced professionals to create and deliver high-quality products. This position offers the chance to increase technical expertise, take advantage of the latest methods of development and growth in a collaborative environment that encourages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test software applications that make use of Java and related technologies.
- Enhance and develop Web applications based on Spring Boot.
- Team up with team members across the functional divide to gather needs and design efficient solutions.
- Create durable, clean and reliable code that conforms to industry-standard rules.
- Participate in debugging and code reviews, and solve technical issues quickly.
- Utilize tools to control versions of the source code, such as Git, to ensure seamless collaboration and the management of code.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and aid in enhancing the process of development.
- Implement internal controls to ensure high-quality and compliance.
Required Skills
- An analytical and problem-solving capability to deal with complex problems.
- A basic understanding of Core Java concepts, such as OOP principles, collections and the concept of Exception Handling.
- Experience and familiarity with the Spring Boot framework for creating robust applications.
- A basic understanding of Web technologies, including HTML, REST API, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using tools to control source code like Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- Effective communication skills and an attitude of collaboration to collaborate in groups.
Preferred Skills
- Experimentation using SQL and the management of databases in relational fashion.
- Knowledge of Agile development methods.
- A familiarity with unit test frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.
- Experience gained during an internship or project utilizing Java-based applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years’ worth of applicable experience, like internships and research assignments.
- Only graduates graduating between 2024 and 2025 are considered for future graduate jobs.
Interview Process
The method of selection is designed to evaluate the technical proficiency and cultural compatibility
- Internet Test (Hackathon): A programming test to assess the capability to tackle problems and build programming skills.
- Tech-related Interviews: In-depth discussions on technical knowledge and hands-on experiences.
- Human Resources interview: Review of final company values and goals.
The interviews will be conducted at the AutoRABIT office located in Hyderabad.
