Zycus is seeking new graduates (2023-2024 batch) for the Trainee Product Technical Analyst position. A Walk-in Drive is scheduled for 8th March 2025 at our Mumbai office in Seepz, Andheri East.
As a Trainee Product Technical Analyst, you will join our US Delivery Team, aiding our AI-driven procurement solutions and collaborating with global clients. You will gain proficiency in the Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics applications.
Zycus Trainee Product Technical Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to Zycus products via email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to address customer issues and improve product efficiency.
- Work alongside internal teams and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other quality assurance activities.
- Assess customer needs and propose innovative solutions and workarounds.
- Handle configurations, manage incident tools, and utilize MS Excel extensively.
- Cultivate a strong technical understanding of Zycus products and effectively demonstrate their features to clients.
Zycus Trainee Product Technical Analyst Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA or Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, or IT.
- Experience Level: 0-1 years.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
