Zoho New Big Drive – Developer Community Hackathon 2025

Zoho New Big Drive: This year’s Zoho Developer Community Hackathon 2025 returns with an exciting chance for innovators, developers and tech-savvy enthusiasts from all over the world. After a hugely successful launch in the past, this virtual hackathon will be back with more excitement, challenges and opportunities to develop powerful digital solutions using the latest Zoho development tools.

About the Hackathon

It is the Zoho Developer Community Hackathon 2025 is an opportunity for participants to discover Zoho’s development tools and platforms. These include Zoho CRM Creator, Catalyst, Cliq, SalesIQ Zobot, and IoT integrations. Users can create automated workflows as well as intelligent bots as well as business extensions, as well as application-specific widgets, which showcase the capabilities of Zoho’s integrated ecosystem.

The event takes place online, which allows for participation from all over the world. Free entry encourages developers of diverse backgrounds to join and create innovative and efficient applications.

Eligibility and Participation

The global hackathon is open to teams of up to three participants. The ideal participants are those who are passionate about creating innovative software solutions and are familiar with Zoho’s developer tools. A working knowledge of coding, as well as databases and cloud development, is an added benefit.

Participants can participate from anywhere around the globe without a fee for participation. However, Zoho’s employees and minors and residents from restricted regions are not eligible for participation. All participants must sign up before the deadline to be granted access to the specified Zoho One test account used for development.

Key Phases of the Event

1. Registration (Nov 18 – Dec 2, 2025):
   Participants who are interested in participating must fill out the registration form by the deadline. An email confirmation will be sent upon successful registration. When the development phase starts, every team member or person will be provided with a Zoho One test account equipped with all the tools necessary to develop a project.
2. Development and Submission (Dec 3 – Dec 23, 2025):
   In this stage, participants need to build their own project with the test account assigned to them. The integration of third-party applications is allowed. The completed project must be filed before the deadlines specified. Late submissions will not receive a response.
3. Evaluation and Results (From Dec 24, 2025):
   Projects submitted for review will be evaluated by a seasoned jury panel comprising a variety of Zoho product lines. The criteria for evaluation include innovation, design, functionality capacity, problem-solving ability and the overall user experience. The winners will be announced by email as well as via the Zoho Developer Community platform, as well as on official social media channels.
