About the Project

Zensar Technologies is inviting applications for positions that support a future-generation AI Annotation Data Labelling as well as Prompt Engineering (GEN AI) project. This is a rare opportunity for detail-oriented, proactive individuals to gain vital experiences in AI initiatives that power sophisticated machine learning models and massive-scale data systems.

Role Overview

The position concentrates on the collection of data, annotating, and the development of prompts to support the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in machine learning. As a Data Collection & AI Annotation Trainee, the chosen candidate will assist with AI initiatives by collecting, labelling and validating audio-visual data and designing prompts in Gen AI use-cases. The work may involve working from home and at the office in response to the results of the interview, allowing for an opportunity to experience teams that are flexible and collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and organise huge, high-quality data sets using digital tools and platforms that facilitate AI as well as ML models.
  • Label and mark images, text or AV data with extreme attention to specifics, using clearly defined labelling guidelines.
  • Utilize prompt engineering techniques to create, refine and test the prompts for AI applications. AI applications.
  • Collaboration with project managers as well as data scientists to develop guidelines for annotation and to meet the general project objectives.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance procedures to ensure exact, precise labelling of data, which minimises errors and inconsistencies.
  • Learn to use standard annotation frameworks for industry and other tools for technical development as needed to the AI project. AI project.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of annotation tasks, project status and pertinent conclusions to help in ensuring robust reporting.
  • Find and report inconsistencies, gaps or quality issues with your data for the tech team to resolve issues.
  • Provide suggestions for continuous improvements, automation of processes and best practices for project implementation.

  • Intense, meticulous and eager to acquire new technologies as well as digital methods.
  • Skills for problem-solving and analytical thinking to break down complicated data labelling tasks into simple steps.
  • Communication that is clear and concise for clear progress reports and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines for projects in a hybrid/remote work environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and upgrade capabilities in a rapidly changing AI landscape.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates and applicants with at least one year of professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Graduates from any of the following streams: BSC, BCS, BCA, BBA, BCOM, BA, MSC, MCS, MCA, MBA, MCOM, MA, BE, BTECH, LAW or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency that is strong and an understanding of basic AI/ML concepts are advantages.
  • No programming experience is needed, however, the ability to be open to the latest technologies and workflows is crucial.

Compensation & Work Model

  • Starter salary for freshers starting from Rs. 3 LPA (based on performance at the interview and the skills shown).
  • Assignments could be work-from-home or at the office, depending on the project’s requirements and the results of selection.
