Eligibility Criteria For Wipro WILP 2025
Educational Qualifications:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines). Graduates are eligible from BCA or B.Sc. in the following disciplines:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Year of Passing:
- Only graduates of 2023 or 2024 are eligible.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation (Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics are not acceptable).
Backlogs:
- One backlog is permissible during the online assessment but must be cleared by the 6th semester.
Gaps in Education:
- A maximum gap of 3 years is allowed between the 10th grade and the start of graduation. No gaps are permitted during graduation; it must be completed within 3 years.
Citizenship:
- Must be an Indian citizen or possess a PIO/OCI card.
- Nationals from Bhutan and Nepal must provide a citizenship certificate.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
Selection Process Of Wipro WILP 2025
The recruitment process for WILP includes the following stages:
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
Candidates will be evaluated in four areas:
- Verbal Ability: 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Analytical Ability: 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Quantitative Ability: 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Written Communication Test: 1 task (20 minutes)
Round 2: Business Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will engage in an interactive discussion to evaluate their fit for the position.
Round 3: HR Discussion
The final round features a one-on-one conversation with the HR team.
Final Steps
Candidates who successfully complete all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). Those who accept the LOI will undergo pre-skilling training before receiving the final offer letter.
Service Agreement
Selected candidates will be required to sign a 60-month service agreement. Candidates who leave the organization before the end of this period must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
