3. Education: BCA or BSc
4. Batch: 2023 & 2024
5. Application Deadline: 30 August 2024

Stipend: Wipro WILP 2024

• 1st Year: ₹15,000/month
• 2nd Year: ₹17,000/month
• 3rd Year: ₹19,000/month
• 4th Year: ₹23,000/month

Upon completion of the MTech program, the position transitions to Senior Project Engineer with a salary of ₹6 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility Criteria: Wipro WILP 2024

1. Educational Background:

• Passed 10th and 12th without homeschooling.
• Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA as per university norms.
• Graduates of BCA or BSc only.
• Specific streams for BSc: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics.

1. Graduation Year: 2023 or 2024.
2. Additional Criteria:

• One backlog allowed at the time of examination but must be cleared before joining.
• All backlogs should be cleared by the sixth semester.
• The three-year gap allowed after 10th and before 12th, but not during graduation.
• Indian citizenship is required. Bhutan or Nepal citizens need to submit a citizen certificate.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Application Process

• Online Assessment: 80 minutes
• Verbal: 20 mins, 20 questions
• Quantitative: 20 mins, 30 questions
• RWSF CA: 65 mins
• Technical + HR Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the online assessment will be called for a business discussion round, followed by an interview and pre-skilling training.

Financial Commitment: Wipro WILP 2024

• If leaving within one year: ₹75,000
• After two years: ₹50,000
• After three years: ₹40,000
