- Deliver remote support for troubleshooting issues concerning Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, security applications, and other IT infrastructure elements.
- Investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints utilizing available resources and relevant software.
- Identify trends in system failures and work with management to prevent future occurrences.
- Document and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions.
- Direct calls and tickets to the appropriate teams or departments equipped to assist the user effectively.
Customer Interaction & Communication
- Address incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
