  • Deliver remote support for troubleshooting issues concerning Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, security applications, and other IT infrastructure elements.
  • Investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints utilizing available resources and relevant software.
  • Identify trends in system failures and work with management to prevent future occurrences.
  • Document and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions.
  • Direct calls and tickets to the appropriate teams or departments equipped to assist the user effectively.

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Address incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customers, calm upset users, and maintain a composed demeanor while resolving concerns.

  • Identify and document patterns in customer issues to enhance service efficiency.
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to the ongoing refinement of IT support procedures.
  • Complete call logs, reports, and necessary documentation according to company standards.
