• Make simulations to find optimal solutions.
• Update your software to improve cost efficiency.
• Enhance applications through improvements and suggestions.
• Follow SOPs from the industry.

Customer Support:

• Repair any issues and resolve tickets.
• Design the verification plan and QA procedures.
• Improve and troubleshoot systems effectively.
• Install programs and collect user feedback.
• Be sure to meet deadlines for projects and adhere to specifications.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Submit monthly or weekly status reports.
• Maintain design change repository.
• Record timesheets.
• Create documents for knowledge transfer in projects.

Skills Needed

• Experience with CAD and CAE tools.
• Skills for problem-solving and simulation.
• Experience with FMEA and stress analysis.
• Careful attention to detail and customer attention to detail and client.
