Job Description

The trainee role is to assist team members from the Health Administration team by managing the client benefits plan processes and ensuring that the plan is delivered in a seamless manner with defined service levels. This job is ideal for fresh graduates with an interest in data analysis, testing and management of processes within the domain of IT and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the client benefit plan processing within the defined SLAs.
• Set up and verify internal system with proprietary software.
• Create and test cases, and identify and address application issues.
• Review business requirements and make sure to ensure that they are delivered on time.
• Keep accurate documentation for clients and regularly update information.
• Take part in huddles with your team, group meetings and improvement projects.
• Handle shifts in priorities and new assignments efficiently.
• Document workflow procedures and make suggestions for workflow improvements.
• Perform daily tasks using prompt communication and timely reports.

Required Skills

• Proficient proficiency English language and communication (written as well as verbal).
• A strong analytical, logical and problem-solving ability.
• A keen eye for detail, with a an organized approach to the tasks.
• Flexibility to manage the demands of night work and changeable work environments.
• Collaboration to collaborate with teams across the globe via chat emails, calls, or chat.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet the demands of business.
• A respectful team player with a positive attitude to learning.

Technical Competencies

• Excellent command proficiency MS Office and operating systems for computers.
• A working knowledge of SDLC and testing principles and QA methods.
• A basic understanding of software testing and automation concepts.
• Ability to develop as well as solve SQL queries and relational databases.
• A good understanding of the implementation of systems and processing transactions (preferred).
• Ability to connect test results to the impact on customers and business quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE/BTech (CSE, IT, ECE, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication) or MCA
• Batch: 2025 Passouts
• Experience: Freshers
