Wipro ELITE Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- 10th Grade: Minimum 60% or above
- 12th Grade: Minimum 60% or above
- Graduation: Minimum of 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 (as per university guidelines)
- Candidates from open school or distance education are accepted for 10th & 12th only.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Backlogs: One backlog is permissible during the online assessment; however, all backlogs must be cleared prior to the 8th semester.
- Education Gap: A maximum gap of 3 years is allowed between the 10th grade and the start of graduation.
- No gaps during graduation – The degree must be completed within 4 years.
- Degree Type: Must be from a full-time degree program recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Candidates must have completed a 3-month cool-off period since any previous Wipro assessments before applying.
- Nationality:
- Candidates must be Indian Citizens or possess a PIO/OCI card if they have a foreign passport.
- Citizenship certificate is required for Bhutan and Nepal nationals.
- Minimum Age: Candidates should be 18 years or older at the time of application.

Wipro ELITE Off Campus 2025 Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: INR 3.50 LPA
- Bonus after 6 months of joining: INR 25,000 (to be merged with compensation after 12 months)
- Annual increments
- Performance-based bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months from the date of joining.
Wipro ELITE Off Campus 2025 Service Agreement
- Selected candidates are required to agree to a 12-month service agreement following their joining date.
- If a candidate resigns before the completion of 12 months, a penalty of INR 75,000 will apply on a pro-rata basis.
Wipro ELITE Off Campus 2025 Selection Process
Round 1: Online Assessment (Total Duration: 128 minutes)
The first round includes an online test that evaluates candidates’ logical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills, comprising the following sections:
- Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, and English (Verbal) Ability (48 minutes)
- Written Communication Test – Essay writing (20 minutes)
- Coding Test – Solve two programming problems in one of the following languages: Java, C, C++, or Python (60 minutes)
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Candidates who pass the online test will proceed to an English Communication Assessment to evaluate verbal communication skills.
Round 3: Business Discussion
Those who successfully qualify in the previous rounds will advance to the business discussion round, where technical and behavioral qualifications will be assessed. Successful participants will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Final Steps: Pre-Skilling & Offer Letter
- Candidates accepting the LOI will undergo a pre-skilling training program.
- Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will receive the final offer letter and be onboarded as full-time Project Engineers at Wipro.
