Wipro Elite 2025 Recruitment Process Stipend Details:
- 1st Year: Stipend of INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of INR 75,000 alongside the first month’s stipend.
- 2nd Year: Stipend of INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI).
- 3rd Year: Stipend of INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI).
- 4th Year: Stipend of INR 23,000.
- Bonus: Merge bonuses for the first three years after completing the M.Tech degree.
- Post-Program: Upon completion of the program, you will be designated as a Senior Project Engineer, with a compensation starting from INR 6,00,000 per annum, depending on performance.
