Key Responsibilities
Operations and Administration
- First-line assistance is available through live chat and phone services which provide quick and effective solutions to customer questions.
- Give remote or virtual assistance using tools like Zoom or other platforms which are able to resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Manage and resolve Global Service Desk incidents and queries that are sent to Service Now.
- Utilize IT tools such as Okta Admin, Active Directory, Intune, ServiceNow, and Zoom to offer high-quality first-line resolutions.
Escalations, Collaboration, and Documentation
- Track and record incidents with precision in ServiceNow. to ensure accurate and prompt documentation.
- Check if the documentation is inadequate or outdated and report the results to the team’s senior members to suggest improvements.
- Inform users on what they’re doing with their tickets, and ensure an effective and professional communication.

Additional Responsibilities
- Support for various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
- Provide technical support for those who use Apple, Dell and Lenovo devices.
- Troubleshoot and assistance with printing or assistance on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP) setups within the WBD environment.
- Perform tasks ad hoc as instructed by the manager to meet the team and business needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field (e.g., BCA, BSc IT, B.Tech) or equivalent secondary education with an IT/telecommunications focus.
- Expertise: 1 2 years of experience in supporting the latest technology environments and their users.
- Technical Skills:
- Acquaintance With ServiceNow, Okta Admin, Active Directory, Intune, and Zoom.
- Assistance of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Apple, Dell, and Lenovo devices as well as Printing and configuration of MFP printers.
- analytical skills: Ability to solve problems along with the capacity to identify IT security problems and interruptions.
- Communicating: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with intermediate to upper English capacity.
- Teamwork: High relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Multitasking: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks according to their importance.
- Automatism: Ability to work independently across a range of time zones.
- Work Scheduling: The ability to be exclusively in-house at Hyderabad on weekends holidays, weekends on holiday or shifts which rotate.
