Job Responsibilities
The Associate Analyst plays an important role in finding trends and trends, providing information and recommending solutions to tackle business issues by using survey information and market research knowledge. The primary responsibilities are:
- Survey Creation and Management: Create, design, conduct, and publish custom surveys using tools such as Qualtrics to produce relevant data for business applications.
- Survey question development: Apply market research to develop survey questions that result in useful and relevant outputs for reports.
- Analysing Data: Analysis of survey results by using Excel as well as other tools for analysis to discover insights that guide decisions.
- Client deliverables: Create captivating client deliverables with custom automated tools. Microsoft PowerPoint and other platforms for publishing content.
- Process Enhancement: Operationalise and improve methods to standardise data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, VBA, Python, as well as Microsoft Power Tools.
- Dynamic Dashboards: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards that incorporate live data connections using visualisation platforms such as Power BI as well as Tableau.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team in India and other stakeholders from the onshore team to develop solutions and provide information in simple, understandable formats.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required in operations, engineering, management or a related field, and an impressive record of academic accomplishment.

- Technical skills: The ability to use Excel, VBA, Python, as well as Microsoft Power Tools is highly desired. A working knowledge of the Power BI platform, Tableau and Qualtrics is an added advantage.
