Position: Customer Service Representative I
Reports to: Group Leader, Customer Service
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities: Thermo Fisher & Vestas Off-Campus
- Administer order workflows in the appropriate applications semi-autonomously for a predefined set of countries.
- Adhere to set rules, regulations, and standards.
- Compliance with performance metrics / SLAs.
- Make daily hot order process in time.
- Adhere to all internal and external procedures.
- Preventative: Address any issues which could prevent business processes.
Other Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience with digital tools – Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Accuracy to small details.
- Experience in a high-volume work setting.
- Experience in night shift.

- Control Solutions for Turbines as part of a Team under the guidance of Technical leads
- Learn and live Control Code base change guidelines
- Attend implementation and functional reviews
- Perform RCA on controller performance problems and resolutions
- Service solutions – offer a solution for turbine improvements on non-standard product requests
Qualifications: Thermo Fisher & Vestas Off-Campus
- Degree in Electronics and Communication / Electrical with Master’s degree in Mechatronics / Automation with Electrical Engineering or Control Systems Engineering
- Experience: 0-1 years in Simulation/Modelling tools such as MATLAB Simulink
- Good knowledge in mathematical modeling of Electro-Mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Control design and control tuning using a Model-Based Control Approach
Competencies: Thermo Fisher & Vestas Off-Campus
- Strong in Control Theory
- Languages known: C++, SQL, R, MATLAB
- Modeling of Control Systems, Design & Tuning, and controller testing
- Excellent knowledge in power generation
- Knowledge in Aero Dynamics
