This customer technical support executive job assists clients in resolving technical issues using calls or chat interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound chats, calls, and emails from customers in other countries that require technical assistance.
- Find out the root of customer issues quickly and offer appropriate solutions for troubleshooting.
- Record every interaction with customers within the company’s system in a precise and detailed manner.
- Work with internal teams in cases where escalations are necessary to solve complex issues.
- Keep up with the expectations of service quality, which includes response time, quality of calls and technical precision.
- Help customers understand and use the products or services in a way that is effective.
- Help customers navigate minor technical problems by being patient and clear.
- Provide exceptional service that contributes to customer satisfaction overall, as well as retention targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students from any discipline with a focus on computing or technology (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, etc. ).
- Students who want to pursue a tech that is focused on customer careers are invited.
- Students in the undergraduate program are also eligible for at least 6 months’ worth of voice processing experience.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, along with the capability to stay cool under stress.
- Experience with computer systems, navigation on the internet and the basics of troubleshooting.
- Ability to be able to work in rotational shifts starting at 5:30 pm and onwards.
- The ability to work on-site in Gurugram with no work-from-home alternatives.
Work Mode and Schedule
The position is entirely on-site within the Gurugram office. Employees work in rotating shifts that allow clients to work in different time zones across the globe. The shift usually begins at 5:30 pm, which allows ample amount of daytime flexibility. For employees who are eligible, taxi services are provided in accordance with the company’s transportation zone policy.
