- Responsible for replying to Customer/Driver queries on emails and chats using the Client policies and process
- Evaluates the submitted content to be in line with standards defined basis client policies and guidelines.
- Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures with High level of accuracy
- Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
- Ability to maintain calm while reading/understanding/replying to writer’s concerns/queries
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently

- Patience- CSS need to have a lot of patience. Sometimes they will have to address content which is not even near to their expectations. They might get irritated annoyed due to this but in such cases, they need to act patiently.
