This International Chat + Upselling profile is focused on managing live chats from overseas customers and promoting the appropriate goods or solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Chat live with international customers in multiple time zones.
- Offer accurate, timely, and sympathetic answers to customer questions.
- Find out what customers need and suggest appropriate solutions or items.
- Attain upselling and cross-selling goals with effective methods of communication.
- Keep customer satisfaction and the quality of service at every interaction.
- Protect the confidential information of customers with integrity and professionalism.
- Collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure a smooth resolution of issues.
- Keep informed about product knowledge as well as company policies and the guidelines for customer interaction.
- Set performance goals consistently in a rotating shift environment.
Work Schedule and Office Details
The position is based on a five-day work week that includes shifts that rotate that cover a variety of international time zones, and includes evening shifts. Each shift comprises 9 hours of work, with the addition of a one-hour break. Employees have the right to two weeks off in rotation with flexible schedules during a week of 7 days.

The company has a side-by-side cab which ensures safe and easy transportation for employees of all ages, especially during night shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
The provided CTC can be as high as 27,000 INR per month, depending on the pertinent skills, communication abilities and work experience. Candidates with exceptional sales skills and the ability to handle customers are able to receive performance-based rewards along with the standard pay.
