Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum ScoresMinimum 70% or 7 CGPA (without rounding up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma, and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).
Eligible CoursesBE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communication, Electronics, Cyber Security, or MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science.
Graduation YearCandidates must complete their course in 2025 with no backlogs and must have a consolidated marksheet or provisional degree certificate at the time of the offer.
Education GapNo more than a one-year gap after SSC and before starting the graduate/post-graduate course, and no academic year loss after joining a course.

Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process 2024 Exam Pattern:

Round 1:

Aptitude Test + Essay Writing:

  • This section contains a total of 60 multiple-choice questions and Essay writing
  • The time duration is 75 minutes.

Section 1: Aptitude Test (60 questions)

  • The test assesses logical ability, quantitative ability, and English, lasting 60 minutes with a total of 60 MCQ questions.
  • It includes negative marking, so answering carefully is crucial.
  • It’s an elimination round.

Section 2: Essay Writing (1 questions)

  • A image will be shown in the screen and you have to write an essay on it.
  • Time duration : 15 mins
  • This is an elimination round.

Round 2:

Psychometric Test + Technical MCQ + Coding:

  • The psychometric test assesses personality traits.
  • The technical test evaluates knowledge in programming, algorithms, data structures, database management, and related areas.
  • There will be 2 coding questions.
  • Time Duration: 150 mins
  • This is the most important round because most of the rejections happen here only.

Section 1: Psychometric Test

  • Total no of question: 75
  • Time Duration: 15 mins

Section 2: Technical MCQ

  • Total no of question: 12 mcq ( Cs Fundamentals, OS, DBMS, Computer Networks, SQL)
  • 12 questions on pseudo code

Section 3: Coding Round

  • Total no of question: 2
  • Time Duration: 45 mins
  • All 2 questions need to be solved.
  • Easy to moderate level question will be there.

Round 3:
