Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

| Education | BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communications, or Electronics. MCA or M.Sc in Computer Science/Information Technology. Only 2024 graduates are eligible. |
| Academic Qualifications | – Minimum 65% in 10th, 12th, Engineering, and MCA/M.Sc (Cybersecurity). – For Diploma holders (post-10th): Minimum 65% in Diploma. – If both 12th and Diploma are completed, a minimum of 70% in both is mandatory. – No academic backlogs during graduation. – No improvement scores accepted for any academic qualification. – Maximum 1-year gap allowed between academic programs (e.g., between 12th and Engineering). |
| Grading Systems | All scores must be entered as percentages. If your university uses a CGPA grading system, convert CGPA to percentage per university guidelines before entering. |
| Prohibited Applications | – ME/M.Tech graduates are not eligible. – Candidates who participated in Tech Mahindra’s recruitment drive (on-campus or off-campus) within the last 6 months are not eligible. |

Round 1:
Aptitude Test + Essay Writing:
- This section contains a total of 24 multiple-choice questions and Essay writing
- The time duration is 55 minutes.
Section 1: Aptitude Test (60 questions)
