The Customer Support Associate job includes managing international voice-based customer interactions with a top-of-the-line eCommerce platform. The candidate selected will take care of both outbound and inbound calls to resolve customer concerns and provide a seamless, professional and efficient customer service experience. The job requires excellent communication skills, active listening and the ability deal with customer complaints with calmness and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer international calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Learn about customer concerns, provide exact information, and offer prompt resolutions.
- Maintain the highest levels of satisfaction for customers by ensuring effective communication.
- Update and record call details and customer information within internal systems.
- Follow the standard procedure and guidelines for quality in every interaction.
- Work with internal teams when the need for escalation or support arises.
- Rotational night shifts are available in accordance with the requirements of the business.

- Very good English ability to communicate, which includes excellent vocabulary and proficiency.

- Willingness to work during evening shifts, and also on-site at Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru.
- Experience in an international voice processes or BPO is an advantage, but not necessary for worthy freshers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: 12th grade or a graduate from any field.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use software for CRM and emails.
- Excellent speed of typing and attention to particulars.
- Resilient, disciplined and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
