The job involves managing chat-based customer interactions that are not voice for a renowned UK-based fashion company. This job requires exceptional written communication, rapid solution to problems and a customer-focused approach to provide a seamless experience for customers. The candidates are expected to work in a highly competitive, fast-paced working environment while gaining important international experience, which opens the door for career advancement. This position runs on a contract of 4 months with a ratio of 30:90 for evening shifts. This position offers an organised, yet flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Chat with customers to answer questions, offer solutions and guarantee satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards in written communication, with perfect spelling and grammar.
- Solve customer issues quickly while adhering to the brand’s guidelines.
- Team members should work together to ensure consistency in service quality.
- Adjust to shifts for night shifts in accordance with business needs.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this position, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
- Education: Students or graduates from any discipline.
- Communicative Skills: Excellent ability to write English and grammar that is strong and articulate.
- Verant Score: Minimum B2 (Versant Score of at least 56 and more).
- Experience: The Experience is open to new as well as experienced candidates (0-12 months or more).
- Assessment: Candidates must pass Chat Operations and Versant assessments.
- The ability to work: Ability to perform a 30:90 night shift ratio.
Experience in a similar job is necessary, but applicants who have a minimum of 6 months of experience in chat or customer service jobs will enjoy an additional advantage.
Salary Structure
The compensation plan is competitive and according to experience:
- 0-6 Months Experience: Rs2.8 LPA
- 6-12 Months Experience: Rs3.4 LPA
- 12+ Months Experience: Rs3.6 LPA
