Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of a Technical Support Associate are:

• Technical assistance is provided to US customers through voice channels.
• Inbound and outbound calls, professionally answer client questions.
• Basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware or software problems.
• Documenting accurately every client interaction.
• Monitoring to ensure the complete resolution of any issues that are pending.
• Respecting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality guidelines.
• Facilitating process improvement by identifying common problems and offering solutions.
• Effectively managing time to handle the volume of calls in peak hours.

This job combines technical knowledge and customer service excellence. A good communication system and patience when dealing with a variety of clients are vital to ensure swift resolution and satisfaction of the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This job is designed for those who are passionate about technical support and customer communication.
The applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Graduation from a reputable institution (mandatory).
• Excellent communication abilities. Excellent communication skills in English.
• A solid understanding of the basics of networking, computer systems, along operating systems.
• Ability to identify and solve technical issues logically.
• Excellent listening skills and interpersonal communication.
• The willingness to work during evening shifts that are in line with US working hours.
• Ability to rotate shifts and also handle weekly offs per the roster.
• Previous experience in technical or customer service is a plus, but it’s not required.

Students with the right skills and enthusiasm to be a student are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule and Environment

• Work Days: 5 days per week.
• The shifts are rotated, with scheduled weekly breaks.
