Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise conventional engineering and architectural principles when designing or improving software modules.
• Conduct a root cause analysis of identified issues and develop suitable solutions.
• Develop review, debug, and test code to ensure top performance, usability and security standards.
• Be sure that resolutions for technical issues are documented and in line with the organisation’s objectives.
• Work effectively with your internal teams with customers, customers, and other pertinent customers and other relevant parties.
• Participate in testing software as well as quality analysis and optimisation of performance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and the latest IT trends for continual advancement.
• Maintain transparency in communications and provide regular progress reports.
• Assist in the completion of assigned tasks within the agreed deadlines and within the defined scope.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s level degree is required in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field.
• Professional qualifications equivalent to those of a comparable professional or experience in the field will be evaluated.

• Expertise in knowledge of the .NET framework, as well as development and design environments.

• A working knowledge of scripting to automate as well as maintenance work.
• A basic introduction to Docker and Kubernetes containers and solutions for containerization.

• A familiarity with performance tuning and database optimisation with Oracle AWR reports.
• Awareness of cloud-based environments like AWS as well as Google Cloud.
• The fundamental knowledge required in AI technology and tools, as well as platforms such as Copilot, Loop, or AI agents.
