Tata Motors Hiring Drive: Finding the best chance to start your career is one of the most important things you must do. Graduate Apprentices are engineering graduates looking to put their skills to use and help advance the development of technology for automobiles. This apprenticeship gives you an excellent foundation in manufacturing and engineering. This apprenticeship will prepare new graduates for success in the electrical, mechanical and automotive fields.
The Role
This program is designed to support students graduating in 2024-2025 who are majoring in engineering.

To be considered eligible, candidates need to qualify for any of these fields of engineering.

- Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Eligibility criteria
- The 2024 and 2025 graduation years are the only ones that will be offered.
- A minimum Academic qualification of 60 percent for the 10th and 12th grades in Engineering
- There isn’t a backlog as of the application
- The maximum distance between the academics of two years
- An applicant can’t be enrolled or signed up for an apprenticeship course under NATS or any other organisation.
This procedure is based on equal chances for employment. Applicants from different backgrounds are encouraged to submit applications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: INR 25,00
- The benefits include insurance coverage, subsidy on canteens, transport and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a trainee include:
- Aiding production in managing automation, assembly and efficiency of equipment.
- Helping with maintenance by improving and diagnosing the performance of machines.
- This is a great opportunity to gain experience in every aspect that comprises the supply chain. This includes logistics planning, procurement and coordination with vendors.
- The active quality check is a means to make sure that the product is safe, in line with industry standards and meets the expectations of customers.
- Participation in the scheduling and planning of production, and also production supervision.
- Work with teams from across the functional spectrum to improve the flow of operations and reduce bottlenecks in processes.
- Applying knowledge from academics to industrial settings, with an emphasis on continual improvement and lean methods.
