Key Responsibilities

  • as the primary point of contact for B2B customers via telephone calls, emails or live chat.
  • Provide timely and precise resolutions in time as per the agreed-upon level of service contracts (SLAs).
  • Control every interaction with clients from beginning to finish by using the capability to take charge.
  • Keep track of each transaction, customer’s information and case histories with a high degree of accuracy in our internal databases.
  • Answer questions from customers and address concerns in a warm, positive tone that displays professionalism and respect for the company.
  • Make sure that you ensure that you meet the high-quality, productivity and quality standards as well as requirements for attendance regularly.
  • Help members of the team within the company by pointing out frequently occurring issues or proposing changes to the procedures.
  • Secure confidential information and ensure confidentiality of confidential information is protected.
  • Keep customers satisfied while making sure that you are able to solve problems efficiently and meet first-contact resolution goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Communication skills are good in the areas of writing and speaking in English.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a complete understanding of the right way to handle Customer service.
  • Skills for active listening and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
  • Expertise in dealing with business clients through multiple channels, such as chat, phone and email.
  • A knowledge of the Windows operating system, beginning with the basics for the user.
  • The capability to work as a group and efficiently handle time when working in a busy environment.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities are helpful.
  • Pay close attention to even the smallest things, and also the ability to follow standard procedures precisely.
  • Education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (graduates are preferred).
