Responsibilities
- The primary contact point for B2B clients is through phone calls, chat, email, and telephone support.
- Provide timely, accurate and professional responses in accordance with set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Take responsibility for every interaction with customers by understanding the issue, evaluating possibilities for solutions, and finally solving issues efficiently.
- Be patient with cases that are sensitive and be compassionate. Keep your focus on the customer in order to create that your brand image that is positive throughout each interaction.
- Keep exact details of customer interaction, including details of calls and customers’ interactions, as well as resolutions using internal tools and systems.
- Be sure to comply with performance metrics such as quality standards, benchmarks for performance and attendance standards, as well as first-contact resolution targets.
- Recognise common problems that raise complex issues to the appropriate teams, and suggest suggestions for process or system enhancements.
- Show professionalism throughout every channel of communication to ensure credibility and trust are created every time a client interacts.
Qualifications and Skills

Job Location and Work Hours
The job is situated in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, which is one of the most important business hubs and is accessible to all areas. The position is a full-time job with an 8-hour work schedule. There is an hour break during the shift during the daytime.
