Job Responsibilities
As an associate for Customer Service, your primary objective is to serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers via telephone calls. The main tasks include:
- Providing Excellent Support: Provide timely, precise and professional assistance in compliance with the terms of service level agreements (SLAs).
- Control of customer interactions: You are accountable for all queries, and you must resolve any issues promptly by focusing on the first contact with the customer.
- Dealing with sensitive topics: Address concerns with empathy, while establishing an image of positivity for the brand through each interaction.
- Capturing Details Accurately: Record customer interactions and the details of calls with precision within corporate systems.
- Metrics to Measure Efficiency: Achieve targets for quality efficiency and productivity and first-contact resolution.
- Enhancements for the Driver Process: Be aware of the common customer issues and suggest ways to improve the process by using suitable channels.

Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, applicants must possess:
