- Develop and implement the Data Analytics Strategy: Contribute to the design as well as implementation of a reliable Data Analytics plan to accomplish business goals.
- Analytical Models: Develop and deploy models that provide insights to tools like the data viewer for coalitions and expand the data viewer, which permits the utilization of data for making choices.
- Translate business needs: Convert business concerns into statistical issues to improve data analysis.
- Utilize advanced techniques: Utilize techniques such as the analysis of trends, regression and Monte Carlo simulations to uncover important data.
- Use Analytical Tools: Make use of Azure, Python, and SQL to analyze huge datasets and effectively resolve business problems.
- Recent Perspectives: Offer results and ideas to stakeholders through captivating storytelling techniques and visuals.
- Promote an environment that is Data-Driven: Encourage analytics-driven decision-making, which enhances the awareness of data-driven possibilities throughout the business.
- Build visualization dashboards: Create and design dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to enable stakeholders to self-service.
- Collaboration with stakeholders: Join forces with teams to enhance analytical tools such as Dataiku, Python, and Azure to maximise impact.
Skills and Experience
- Statistics Analysis: Expertise in using statistical techniques to extract useful information from large-scale datasets.
- Agile project Management: Experience managing projects using Agile methods to ensure speedy delivery and the implementation of analytics solutions.
- Big Data Management and Analytics: Experience with dealing with massive-scale data and extracting valuable data.
- Monetization of Data: Knowledge of how data can be leveraged to create business value and create revenues opportunities.
- Financial Mathematics: Understanding of the financial model and quantitative analysis to assist businesses make better decisions.
- A ability to use business intelligence: The ability to connect data-driven insights with the goals and strategies of the business.
- Emerging Technologies: Experience the latest tools and methods for the analysis of data.
- UX: Analyzing preferences of clients and behaviour to design solutions based on data.
- Financial Services Regulatory Expertise: An understanding about the frameworks for regulation within the field of financial services.
- Information Governance and Administration: Expertise in ensuring the accuracy of data as well as compliance and security.
Qualifications
While specific academic qualifications don’t have to be met, candidates should show experience in the field of statistical modelling, data analytics or similar fields. Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python and Azure is wanted. A portfolio that is solid and contains projects that focus on analytics or data visualization could be beneficial.
