Key Responsibilities
- Create machine Learning Models: Create, design and train machine-learning models to perform tasks such as risk assessment and trading prediction, fraud prevention and operational optimisation using methods like regression, classification, as well as clustering.
- Implement generative AI Solutions: Experiment with and implement the generative AI models, which include the large language model and transformers, to applications such as the generation of synthetic data, anomaly detection and analysis of financial texts.
- Collaborate across Teams Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with AI engineers, researchers, data scientists, and developers to incorporate AI models in OSTTRA’s top-performing platforms. Develop new AI-driven apps.
- Participate in Software Development: Contribute to the complete cycle of software development, including coding as well as testing and deployment, all while following the latest best practices in the industry and industry standards.
- Analyse Data to Gain insight: Process and analyse huge amounts of data to find patterns or trends and then provide insight that can be used to guide the development of models and business decisions.
- Stay ahead in AI Trends: Keep abreast of the most recent advances in machine learning as well as the development of generative AI using new methods to enhance the OSTTRA solutions.

Qualifications
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related subject.
- Technical Skills:

- Experience proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
