Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Achieving a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other similar streams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming in Python, particularly in the writing of clear, reliable, well-documented and clean code.
- Knowledge of software for managing code versions like Git is vital to ensure effective collaboration and code.
- Familiarity using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and methods, such as ANSYS Workbench or related software, is beneficial, but it’s not a required prerequisite.
- Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for communicating and communicating with R&D professionals and presenting complicated technical concepts.
- Self-motivated and flexible attitude that is ideal for fast-paced research-driven teams.
