Securonix Hiring Drive – SECUROTHON 2025 – Software Engineer Internship Challenge
Securonix Hiring Drive: Securonix has announced SECUROTHON2025, a unique internship recruitment contest designed to find talented software engineers in the 2026 batch who will graduate. This program provides the opportunity to participate in the latest technologies in security backend development, cloud computing, backend development and AI-driven SIEM solutions.
The program provides a learning setting for students who wish to improve their knowledge of the areas of software design, algorithmic coding and optimisation of systems. The participants will gain practical experience working on the next generation of cybersecurity systems, which process and analyse the terabytes of data generated by global enterprises.
Overview
- Amount: Rs. 50,000 per Month
- Experiential: 0-1 Year
- Location: Bangalore, Pune
- Application Deadline: December 9, 2025, 11:59 PM
- Registration Start Date: November 28, 2025
Role: Software Engineer Intern
Duration: 4-5 Months (January-May 2026)
Mode: WFO (5 days a week)
Preferred Locations: Bangalore or Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust software systems.
- Create, test and manage frameworks that are compatible with NextGen SIEM products.
- Contribute to backend code and optimisation of performance.
- Assess and incorporate new technologies, tools and techniques to ensure secure software delivery.
- Create clean, efficient and scalable software that adheres to the best practices in software architecture.
- Participate in ongoing research and development in order to improve existing frameworks and tools.
Required Technical Skills
- Solid base on Solid foundation in Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience hands-on with Java, Python, or PHP.
- Knowledge of agile environment, Continuous integration and workflows for continuous improvement.
- Experience with the principles of DevOps and Automation frameworks.
- A better understanding of this Hadoop framework or the related big data frameworks can be an added benefit.

- The ability to work on your own with little supervision.

Selection Process
- Screening and shortlisting: Based on the submitted applications.
- Online assessment: includes MCQs as well as Coding problems.
- Tech Interviews: Evaluation of problem-solving and programming skills.
- Interviews for HR and managers: The final discussion on selection.
Shortlisted candidates will receive direct invitations via email to the interview and assessment.
