S and P Global Associate Software Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software applications utilizing React and Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug software to resolve technical challenges.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define system functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
- Engage in code reviews, contribute to process enhancements, and uphold best practices in software engineering.
S and P Global Associate Software Engineer Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience or exposure to:
- React.js (or similar front-end frameworks)
- C#.NET
- SQL Server
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
