Key Responsibilities
- customer engagement Engage with customers to gain insight into their financial requirements and provide specific solutions with Rupeek’s gold lending services.
- Relations Management: Create and maintain solid, long-term relationships with your customers to guarantee confidence and loyalty.
- Customer Service Excellence: Coordination and execution of door-to-door loan services, making sure there is an easy, transparent, and secure experience for customers.
- Answering Query: Answer customer questions and issues promptly, providing precise and clear details to improve the customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work in conjunction with internal departments, such as sales and operations, to streamline processes and enhance the quality of service.
- Compliance and documentation: Make sure that every interaction with customers and lending procedures is in line with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field from an accredited university.
- Communications Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and other regional dialects (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or others, depending on the location).
