Role Responsibilities

• Analysing current processes to discover ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Candidate Profile

A perfect candidate for the position is a problem-solver who uses data and thrives in lively, rapid-paced and fast-paced settings. Technical proficiency, academic excellence and an interest in financial technology are the most important qualities. Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Year of graduation: 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a STEM discipline from an accredited institution within India or Spain.
• Academic performance: The minimum CGPA at 7/10, or better or in the top 20% of the class graduating.
• Language proficiency Proficiency in English, oral and written.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of the tools and techniques for data analysis (training given).
• Full-time availability starts in September 2026.
