About the Role

Digital Workplace Services is a central team that offers technical support to over 90 international clients. This position addresses IT-related issues and issues, with a focus on rapid resolution in addition to efficient handling of ticket requests.

The world of IT service desks is changing through automation techniques like AI chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), helping with routine tasks and allowing human analysts to concentrate on more complex and crucial issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-line technical assistance as well as troubleshooting issues with software and hardware across all client environments.
  • Track and log each support ticket, ensure exact documentation, and ensure the prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Collaboration with specialist IT teams for the escalation of difficult problems.
  • Update and maintain knowledge base articles to encourage self-service and faster solution-finding.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to queries from users quickly and efficiently.
