About the Role

The job of Associate Business Operations in Bangalore includes overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of the loyalty program offered by Razorpay. The position focuses on ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and seamless cross-functional coordination. This requires the capability to work with several teams, monitor the deliverables and keep transparent channels of communication to ensure the timely execution of business procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between various departments as well as business leaders, consultants, teams of solutions, and other external parties.

• Work with 5-6 verticals within the company to monitor progress on the program as well as track milestones. Solve problems quickly.

• Help support service delivery operations, which include physical touchpoints like lounges and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and support information-sharing initiatives to ensure that everyone is on the same page with changing processes and program changes.
• Flexibility and receptivity to changes in the business environment while ensuring accuracy even under stress.
• Maintain documentation of operations as well as performance tracking and reports to assist in evaluating the key outcomes of your program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• An academically strong background in commerce, business operations or other related areas.
• Experienced in the field of operational administration, coordination of programs or other functions of business support.
• Experience with financial systems, payment processes or digital platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate across departments.
• Highly organised and multitasking skills, particularly in managing multiple streams of work at the same time.
• Competency in digital tools for communication, task-tracking systems and platforms for group coordination.
