As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will be vital in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical support, expert guidance, and efficient issue resolution. Acting as the liaison between our merchants, internal technical teams, and customer experience units, this role is highly collaborative, technically engaging, and fulfilling, designed to enhance your skills and immerse you in the operations of a leading fintech organization.
Razorpay Associate Technical Consultant Hiring Key Responsibilities
- Technical Query Resolution: Address Level 2/3 inquiries from merchants regarding Razorpay’s complete product offerings, including APIs, plugins, integration modules, and more.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, CXOs, and highly skilled technical teams from the client side to diagnose and resolve integration challenges.
- Incident Handling: Detect functional issues or atypical behavior in Razorpay’s products and services, providing comprehensive analysis and effective solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Document and track issues using CRM tools such as FreshDesk, maintain clear updates, and ensure a well-structured resolution process.
- Product Escalations: Raise bugs and product-related issues with the Product or Engineering teams via Jira, ensuring timely follow-up until resolution is achieved.
- Consultative Support: Offer best practices, recommend implementation enhancements, and serve as a resource for technical integrations.
- Client Visits (as needed): Occasionally travel to merchant locations to assist in resolving intricate technical or integration challenges.
- Customer Experience Focus: Maintain merchant satisfaction by efficiently resolving queries without unnecessary escalation to development teams.
Razorpay Associate Technical Consultant Hiring Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech), ideally with relevant internship experience in technical support or development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A logical thinker possessing a strong analytical mindset and effective problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of at least one frontend framework (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Flutter, React Native).
- Familiarity with at least one backend/server-side technology (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
- An eagerness to take ownership and drive issues to resolution with minimal dependencies.
- Quick to learn, with the ability to understand various product flows, system behaviors, and customer scenarios.
