We are looking for fresh graduates to fill the position of Associate SQA Engineer. This job offers a great chance to become part of the Quality Control (QC) team accountable for the quality of products and services before they can be delivered to customers. This is a great opportunity for those who have strong analytical skills and a focus on the finer details. This position provides the opportunity to master the fundamentals of business software and eventually move into automation testing based on demonstrated technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Help contribute to help the QC team by conducting tests on deliverables to ensure the highest quality of software releases.
• Test the functionality of business software to satisfy the requirements of clients.
• Work with teams across functional lines to be aware of the product’s features and ensure that quality standards are met.
• Create and execute the basic SQL queries to assist in testing procedures.
• Develop technical skills to be able to move to the Automation Testing Team.
• Keep an eye on every detail to discover and resolve problems within software programs.

Eligibility Criteria

The position is available to fresh graduates who satisfy the following conditions:

• Education: B.Tech graduates (2025 batch) with no outstanding arrears.
• Branchings: Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) with at least 70 percent marks.
• Academic Achievement: minimum 70 percent in XII and X standards, Minimum 7.0 CGPA in undergraduate studies. No gap in education is allowed.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experienced in writing and performing fundamental SQL queries.
  • Basic programming skills for any technology.
• The preferred location: The candidates from Vizag and the surrounding regions are preferred due to the location of the job.
• Other Requirements: Skills in analytical thinking and a passion for technology, as demonstrated by taking basic technology classes.

Compensation

The average annual salary for this position can range from Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 3,60,000, based on the qualifications of the candidate and their abilities.
