Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with developers, merchants and internal stakeholders on post-integration and pre-integration issues. Offer technical assistance, guidance and best practices.
- Answer questions from merchants about Plug-ins for payment APIs, plug-ins for payments, or integrations with transactions.
- Provide information on technical issues and suggest solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical users.
- Provide support at stage 1 by solving issues with products and also helping merchants solve immediate issues.
- Check integration logs to find clues to the most frequent problems, as well as the root cause and patterns that need to be escalated to the team in charge of the product.
- Provide prompt and precise answers to customer queries while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Document the process along with troubleshooting methods, as well as other ways to enhance the understanding of employees within the company.
- Check the system’s performance regularly and identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in improving the customer experience by ensuring seamless integration of your products and operating efficiency.
Requirements
- Batch 2024 or 2025 graduates preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree that includes an emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar technology field (B.Tech/B.E. is highly suggested).
- A capacity to think rationally and to solve problems analytically.
- Knowledge of any programming language of programming such as Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, PHP or Python, is an advantage.
- Current understanding of the most recent web technologies and integration processes.
- The capability to simplify technical data to non-technical people.
- Excellent communication skills, Excellent communication abilities, English written and spoken.
- Great interpersonal capabilities and mentality to provide customer service.
- The commitment to keep exact records and documents.
- Ability to handle several tasks at the same time and effectively prioritise tasks under stress.
- The need to solve technical issues and work in a fast-paced work environment.
