This job seeks a knowledgeable and active Customer Service Representative to improve the online Chat Support process. The position focuses on providing excellent service via live chats, secured emails, as well as other platforms, making sure that clients receive prompt, precise, timely, and compassionate responses. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a highly technological, fast-paced environment, adept at handling complicated issues while maintaining a casual and stimulating communication style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer Inquiries: Answer questions regarding refills for prescriptions, order status, medication availability and insurance coverage through live chat. Manage up to 2.5 simultaneous chats.
  • Educate and Guide: Provide clear instructions regarding prescription procedures, benefits and appropriate medication use. Help customers navigate the online pharmacy platform and mobile apps.
  • Helps to Resolve Problems: Effectively address delays in prescriptions or billing disputes as well as insurance claims. It is aimed at helping solve issues in the first encounter by using complex systems.
  • Contacts with Documents: Note down all interactions with customers within this system, to guarantee smooth service and to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration: Across Teams to work closely with pharmacists, technicians and other departments to address problems related to medications. Bring complex issues to the appropriate personnel if needed.
  • Maintain compliance: Respect HIPAA and other health privacy rules to safeguard customer data.
