NIQ Off Campus Hiring 2025: An exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled Research Associate who can join a renowned market research firm located in Vadodara, India. This position focuses on providing top-quality research reports, performing validation of data, and working with teams that are cross-functional, using modern techniques and methods. The ideal candidates have proficiency in Excel and have excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• report generation and delivery: Create and distribute the reports assigned to internal and external clients, assuring that the reports are accurate and adhere to predetermined deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality inspections for business as usual (BAU) delivered products to ensure the highest quality standards of accuracy and dependability.
• The Timely Dissemination: Make sure that reports are delivered to the correct locations and recipients in accordance with the organizational requirements.
• Tools Utilization: Utilize tools that are proprietary, like Discover, Nad, DIPE, CX, and Dynamics to refresh and present reports that are in line with Business Intelligence (BI) standards.
• Information Management: Update regularly the production tracking systems, Smartsheet inventory, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other trackers that are required to ensure operating efficiency.
• Measurements and Support for Timesheets: Support in identifying the metrics and managing timesheets to ensure team performance and accountability.
• Change implementation: Implement minor change requests into allocated reports in accordance with Dynamics requests protocols.
• Continuous learning: Keep up-to-date with methods, tools and cross-country reporting methods to improve your knowledge.
• Knowledge Transfer and Transitions: Participate in transitions to reports as well as take part in Knowledge Transfer calls, and perform parallel and dry runs to ensure seamless incorporation into BAU processes, within the agreed timeframes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Keep constant and clear communications with departments like Client Services (CS), BI, Setup and Operations to facilitate seamless workflows.
• Conformity to Quality Standards: Be sure to adhere to the BI BAU quality standards for performance and implement corrective measures when necessary, and present Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to Supervisors or Team Leaders.
• Best practices implementation: Implement and adopt the best practices that are shared by the Governance, Setup, and BI Teams of consultants to improve the delivery of reports.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree is required in any field.
• Technical skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. A basic understanding of VBA is an benefit.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills that facilitate an effective relationship with both external and internal stakeholder.
• Attention: Ability to carry out rigorous quality checks and guarantee accuracy in the generation of reports.
• Ability to adapt: Willingness to master new methods, tools and reporting techniques to remain at the forefront of a rapidly-changing environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with business research or market research tools.
• Experience with validation of data across different nations or geographical regions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in the face of deadlines that are extremely tight.
