Milliman DB Associate Trainee Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Management & Pension Processing
    • Research and manage participant records concerning defined benefit plans.
    • Process life cycle events, payroll transactions, and reconciliations.
    • Maintain pension-related data with utmost accuracy and compliance with plan provisions.
  2. Payroll Administration & Reconciliation
    • Support the administration of payroll functions associated with pension plans.
    • Reconcile payroll records to ensure accurate payment processing.
    • Identify discrepancies and address any issues related to payroll administration.
  3. Quality Assurance & Client Support
    • Deliver exceptional service to existing clients by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

  4. Billing & Time Management
