- Training Duration: 12 months of hands-on training starting from your joining date.
- Salary:
- Office-Based Posting: ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Project Site-Based Posting: ₹3,57,000 per annum

Who Can Apply to L&T EduTech Hiring 2025?
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Final-Year Students: Must be pursuing an eligible undergraduate degree, graduating in April/May 2025.
- Education Background: Completed 10th and 12th grades.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum aggregate of 60% or higher up to the 4th semester; no backlogs are permitted, and all subjects must be cleared on the first attempt.
- Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Those in dual-degree programs, part-time, or correspondence courses cannot apply.
- Age Requirement: Candidates should be born between July 1, 2002, and June 30, 2007 (inclusive).
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection will be contingent upon medical fitness as per company guidelines laid out by the Chief Medical Officer.
