About the Role: Infrastructure Specialist
as an IT Specialist for Kyndryl, new employees are responsible for designing, managing, and deploying complicated IT Cloud and IT infrastructures for international customers. The role requires:
- managing servers and networks, storage or virtualisation systems.
- Helping customers monitor their systems, as well as incident resolution and tuning performance.
- Automation and process improvement by integrating tools and scripts.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop efficient technology-based solutions.
