KLDiscovery WFH Hiring About the Role
As a Recruiting and Staffing Associate, you will be crucial to the success of KLDiscovery’s Managed Review department. Your main focus will be to support recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring smooth project launches and outstanding experiences for both clients and employees.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with teams globally while contributing to our mission of tackling complex data challenges.
KLDiscovery WFH Hiring Key Responsibilities
- Smooth Project Launches: Assist the Recruiting and Staffing team to ensure efficient new project launches, enhancing experiences for clients and employees.
- Onboarding Support: Implement established procedures to ensure all new hires complete onboarding paperwork accurately and promptly, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
- Job Postings: Work with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to post job openings on relevant boards for various locations.
- University Collaboration: Develop relationships with university and college career advisors to create a pipeline of recent graduates for entry-level and non-attorney positions.
- Availability Checks: Aid recruiters in conducting availability checks for veteran candidates to meet upcoming project requirements.
- Administrative Support: Manage employment-related administrative tasks before, during, and after projects to ensure a smooth process for document reviewers.
- Documentation Accuracy: Verify that all documentation required by Human Resources is completed and submitted within specified deadlines.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
